How to plan a productive week

Hi there! Today I want to share some tips and tricks on making this upcoming week your most productive week ever! 
Let's dive in!


Step 1.

Grab your planner and start filling in your week. Write down everything you know you need to/or want to get done. Leave space for impromptu tasks as well. Write down all your appointments etcetera. 

If you like decorating your planner, stick in some stickers, grab your washi or highlight your text. 

Step 2. 

Check-in daily, take two or three moments a day to check in with your planner. Cross things off and write things down as you go. 

Step 3.

Pick up the house, do this at the beginning of your week. Clear out clutter and other distracting stuff. You can also do this on Sunday evenings. Start your week as empty/clean/organized as possible is the key here.

Step 4.

Meal plan and Meal prep - Do this on Sunday or Monday's. Plan your meals for the entire week, order or pick up groceries and cook everything that you can prep in advance. This will save you loads of time during the busy work week or after a long day. 

Step 5.

Do big tasks first when you're the most energized or chop them up into smaller tasks to make it more doable.

Step 6.

Schedule in some down-time, me-time, offline-time. Regroup and recharge! Those moments are so so so important to charge your mind, heart and soul. Don't forget to write that in!
